When children know the truth about clean energy and how it transforms lives
They will start thinking in ways that will always help them to thrive
For far too long we have been doing things in the same old way
And the children were not told how they could live to see that brighter day
When it becomes easy for them to create their own jobs and have great careers
Without having high debt and a great amount of fear
I think we finally got to some solutions when they found the zero waste plan
And it is time for more people to tell the children how they can
Yes they can change the way they treat their own waste and reduce pollution
Yes they can become aware so they can be a part of the great solution
We don’t need to say it is too late and we must give up now
When we can talk about going green and the children can find out how
When children learn about the zero waste plan and the benefits they will see
They will want to protect the environment and make an effort to even plant more trees
More reusing, recycling, reducing, refusing, repairing and repurposing will be done
When even the children know that the battle against pollution can be won
Renewable energy is what we need to fix the climate change issue
Let us talk about this in a way that is brand new
