Change won’t come until we do something new
So let us decide that we won’t sit around and wait to feel blue
We can act now and hope for a future that is bright
When we tell even the children how to treat the environment right
We have a chance to do all we can right now to stop all the polluting
We can look at the many ways in which we are contributing
To the rise in the temperature on earth and we can reduce pollution in many ways
It is time for us to decide that we want to live in better ways and see brighter days
Don’t allow children to be sad and worried about their future anymore
When you can simply change all the bad things you were doing before
There are a lot of great eco-friendly ideas out there
They are being used by the people who are interested in environmental care
Greenhouse gas emission and plastic production can be reduced
More recycling, reusing and reducing can be done as more responsible citizens are produced
Our children need to see our action now
And when we act we show them how they can have a clean environment somehow
Why wouldn’t we want to see less pandemics
Now that the death rate is so high, the situation is tragic
Let us look at all our options and do something new
Our children need to have hope, they shouldn’t need to feel sad and blue
As they try so hard to get leaders to change their strategy
They know how hurricanes, droughts and floods cause tragedy
Climate action can bring us a lot of satisfaction
All we need to do is make a good decision
You can easily support an awesome eco-friendly project for them
As you tell them how to reduce the pollution problem
Let us be proactive as we spread the word about the need for environmental protection
We can help our children, so they can assist in fixing this bad situation
Put a smile on a child’s face today
As you show them how to treat the environment in a great way
They can start learning how to make their own future bright
Climate action will bring satisfaction, let us tell them how to treat the environment right
Let us hope we can see less demonstrations in the streets in many places
And more leaders who will do more to protect the planet and put smiles on more faces
We just can’t afford to continue in this way

Unfortunately for the planet people in power put making money above all else, leaders of the world come and go and none of them our interested in saving the world, none are interested in stopping poverty and hunger, theres people who are homeless and hungry, but they want to spend billions on space travel to other planets and thats just one example of the madness of this world, every powerful leader in the world hasn’t got the guts to do whats right for the planet. So that means its down to us, if we don’t buy the things that are destroying this planet then pretty soon they will stop making them, but we have become reliant on things, we have become a want more society. Thank you for your post, the more people who speak up the better.

No Politician? Biden won’t do things in a new way? I think he has some ideas that might be good…. I am trying to hold on to hope
