Happy Earth Day

Happy Earth Day to everyone

Did you go out and smile at the morning sun

And say it is so good to breathe in fresh air

And take another look at all the beauty here

Happy Earth Day

Let’s protect Mother Earth in a better way

Let’s recycle, repair, repurpose, reduce and reuse

We will go green and stop buying the products we should refuse

We shouldn’t wait until all these beautiful mountains are destroyed

To say there are some actions and products we really need to avoid

We will boycott the companies that are not protecting the environment

And support those who choose to make it clear that they have made a commitment

They are the ones who use biodegradable packaging and solar power

They are not simply going after huge profits every day and every hour

Make this Earth Day Special

Make a plan that will put an end to picketing and unrest

Let’s build environmental protection awareness so everyone will want to do what is best

We can help more people to understand how they will benefit from the use of clean energy

When we decide to look at all solutions for pollution and develop a new strategy

Preparing for the future will be done in the greatest way

When we make some excellent plans on this Earth Day

Help the children to treat the environment well

Soon we will have the best stories to tell

  1. In Peru there is an ancestral celebration called the “Pachamama Raymi”, a tribute that the inhabitants pay to Mother Earth in gratitude for the good harvests of the year. We should learn that since those times of the Inca, the land was cared for as something essential for their life. Greetings Denise.
