We made a lot of things that we needed to burn
And when our air got toxic we didn’t change, we didn’t learn
When deforestation left us in a very bad situation
We moved to another place so we could have a celebration
And then the rains washed the soil into the sea
Causing more problems for others like me
Those who think that environmental care is not that important
Are not really sure about what they want
Their actions cause so much destruction
When they won’t follow simple instructions
But when we know a lot about environmental care
And decide that we want to have clean water and air
We will live in a much better way
As we work towards seeing a brighter day
