Now that the children are learning about the importance of environmental care
And the adults are saying it is important for us to have clean water and air
There is hope that we will all have a future that is bright
As we all can work together and put an end to our plight
Having clean beaches and clean water to drink makes life feel great
So everyone on the planet should decide to participate
And start working towards having a future that is bright
As we learn all the eco friendly tips and treat the environment right
We just can’t lose when we choose to stop destroying our planet
And we should not choose to work towards having regret
We do not have a planet B waiting for us out there
And if we should find one, could we all leave here
Isn’t it far better for us to protect what we have now
And try to solve the problems we have somehow
We will never know if it is impossible to reverse climate change if we won’t try
Will they get enough attention from our leaders one day
Will their concerns be addressed or will they only be sent away?
We are all humans sharing a planet we all call earth
And it is time for us to pay attention to what having a clean environment is worth
We can try to find a way to reduce global warming and try to protect each other
